Click & Collect offer is available to customers in Brisbane only.
Our warehouse is in Brisbane, Hamilton 4007.

How long does it take to process my order?
It takes about 1- 2 hours for the order to be ready.
Usually it will be available the same day.
Orders placed after 3:30 PM will be available the following day.

Click and Collect Hours
Monday to Friday --> 9 to 4:40PM
Saturday --> 9 to 12PM
Sunday --> not available
Public Holidays --> not available.

- Collection is by appointment only. Our warehouse is not open to public.
- After placing an order, you will be notified by email/SMS when the order is available.  Please make the sure the mobile number is correct.

Security
> Valid photo identification is required at time of pickup.  
> Please present credit card used for purchase during pickup as well.
> The person who placed the order must also be the person present at the pickup.
