Order Processing Time
Orders are typically ready within 1–2 hours.
Most orders placed before 12 PM will be available the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will likely be available the following business day. Allow more time for festive seasons as high demand may cause delays.

Where to Collect
The pickup location is Hamilton 4007, QLD, just a short 15-minute drive from Brisbane city centre, making it a convenient option for local customers.
Please note that pickup is by appointment only, as our warehouse is not open to public. Please arrange a pickup time before arriving. Full pickup details and scheduling instructions will be provided in your Click & Collect notification email.
After You Place an Order
You’ll receive an email or SMS when your order is ready for collection.
Please ensure your mobile number is correct when placing the order.
How long do I have to collect my order?
You have 7 calendar days from when you receive your collection notification to collect your order.
Orders not collected with be cancelled and refunded after 7 calendar days from the time you receive your collection notification. It will typically take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
Pickup Requirements
To collect your order, please bring:
(a) A valid photo ID
(b) The credit card used for the purchase
(c) The person collecting must be the same as the one who placed the order.
