[A] Pricing, Return Policy & Shipping Charges
[1] Pricing
The prices of goods are as listed on this website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify the prices of goods at any time without prior notice. However, the price applicable to your order shall be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, regardless of any subsequent pricing changes.
[2] Additional Shipping Charges
Additional shipping charges may apply for delivery to remote or non-standard delivery locations. These charges may not be reflected in the shopping cart at the time of checkout. In such cases, we will contact you to provide a quote for the additional charges. If you do not accept the additional charges, the order may be cancelled at our discretion, and any amounts paid will be refunded.
[3] Payment Obligations
By placing an order, you agree to pay in full the price of the goods, all applicable shipping and delivery charges, and any other associated handling fees as specified at the time of purchase or as subsequently notified to you in accordance with Clause 2.
[4] GST
All prices, shipping charges, and any applicable additional charges are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless stated otherwise.
[5] Acceptance of Return Policy
By submitting an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in our Return Policy.

[B] Order & Delivery Responsibility
[1] Order Submission and Acceptance
Submission of an order by you constitutes an offer to purchase the goods specified in the order for the stated price, including any applicable shipping and handling charges. We reserve the right to accept or reject any such offer at our sole and absolute discretion.
[2] Age Requirement
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Orders placed by individuals under the age of 18 without parental or guardian consent may be cancelled at our discretion.
[3] Accuracy of Information
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of placing an order is complete, true, and accurate. This includes, without limitation, the shipping address. We accept no responsibility and shall not be liable for any loss of goods, damage, or additional shipping costs arising as a result of incomplete, false, or inaccurate information supplied by you.
[4] Redirection of Goods
If you request that goods be redirected to an address different from the one provided at the time of order, and the goods have already been dispatched, such redirection will not be possible. We accept no liability for any loss, delay, or damage resulting from failed redirection requests.
[5] Delivery and Risk
Delivery of goods will be carried out by a third-party courier. Once a parcel has been delivered and the delivery confirmed by the courier (including, where applicable, delivery to a designated location without signature), all risk in the goods passes to you. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or misplacement of goods after delivery has been completed.
[6] If your delivery address is considered unsecured or attended, to minimise the risk of loss, we recommend using a secure delivery option such as a parcel locker address or requesting delivery to a nearby Australia Post Office for collection (both options are free of charge via Australia Post). It is your responsibility to select a delivery method that ensures the safe receipt of your goods.

[C] Cancellation of orders
[1] We reserve the right to cancel, at any time before dispatch of an order that was previously accepted, where:
(a) goods ordered were subject to an error on the website, for example, in relation to a description, price or image, which was not discovered prior to the order being accepted;
(b) an event beyond our control, such as fire, flood, outbreak of disease, storm, earthquake, terrorism, power failure, war, strike or failure of computer systems, or any other intervening event and we are unable to supply the goods within a reasonable time;
(c) our suppliers are unable to supply goods that they have previously promised to supply;
(d) you ask us to cancel your order; or
(e) the order is unable to be delivered within a reasonable time period. 
[2] We will not be liable to you, or any other person, for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered as a direct or indirect result of cancellation of your order, whether in contract, negligence or any other tort, equity, restitution, strict liability, under statute or otherwise at all.
[3] Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure to request any cancellations as soon as possible."

[D] General
[1] We reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendment will take effect from the time it is published on the website. 
[2] The terms and conditions which apply at the time that you place your Order are the Terms and Conditions which will apply to your Order.
