• Timing: Please ensure to return the item to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. To make sure you stay within the 30-day window, try to plan your return as soon as you can. 
• Cost: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Return Process: Ship the item directly to our warehouse, and be sure to include a tracking number.
• Responsibility: We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return.
• Condition: Items must be in re-saleable condition, in their original packaging, and unopened/unused.
• Fees: Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
