Important / Conditions
• Please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Let us know it is being returned. Please wait for our confirmation before returning any item.  Please send the item as directly to the warehouse, provided with a tracking number.
• We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return.
• The item/s are returned to the warehouse within 30 days of purchase.
• You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.
• The item must be in re-saleable condition.
• In its original packaging, unopened and unused.
• However the original shipping fees and return shipping fees will not be refunded.

If these requirements are not fully met, we may refuse the return/exchange.
