Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we’ve made our return process as easy and straightforward as possible.

[1] Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted for items that are defective, faulty, damaged, or not as described, provided that the return request is made within 30 calendar days of receipt.

[2] Damaged during transit
In the unfortunate event that a delivery package is damaged during transit—which is a rare occurrence—please notify us immediately by email and, in any case, no later than 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. This enables us to follow up appropriately with the courier service. Requests submitted after this seven-day period may be declined.

[3] Non-Returnable Items
Please note that returns due to change of mind, incorrect item selection, or unwanted gifts will not be accepted. A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

[4] Return Assessment
Whether a return is acceptable will be determined only after the item has been returned to our warehouse and thoroughly inspected by us. Depending on the outcome, we may offer a refund, repair, or replacement, subject to availability and at our discretion.

Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of misuse, negligence, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling by the customer. Similarly, returns that result from conditions outside our control—such as wear and tear from regular use or damage caused by incorrect use—are not eligible for refund or replacement.

[5] How to start a return
Notify us - To initiate a return, you must notify us within the stipulated time period and await our email confirmation before sending any items back. This process allows us to track the return to our warehouse. Items should be returned directly to our warehouse, using the return label provided by us when applicable. You are also required to provide us with the tracking number once the item has been dispatched.

[6] It is important to ensure that items are returned to our warehouse within 30 calendar days of your return request. We recommend sending your return as soon as possible. 

[7] Responsibility of Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for properly packaging and addressing the return shipment. We cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.

[8] All returned items must include their original packaging and any accessories, where applicable. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the refusal of the return.
