SHOP NOW, PAY & SCHEDULE DELIVERY LATER

IMPORTANT - please read first
You have placed Order A previously.  Now you want to add Order B.
You should submit Order B and also select the option "Shop Now Ship Later" during checkout.  

Next email our warehouse to pack and ship all items for delivery. Our warehouse team will pack Order A and Order B into a single parcel and inform you of the shipping costs.  You will be provided with a link to pay for shipping, and the parcel will be dispatched immediately.

SERVICE FOR OUR FREQUENT CUSTOMERS
You can shop now, then schedule and pay for delivery later.
That is, you can hold the items at the warehouse, when you are ready, have it shipped to you. You may also combine several orders into a single parcel delivery.

HOW IT WORKS?
During checkout, select option SHOP NOW, COMBINE ORDERS, SCHEDULE & PAY FOR DELIVERY LATER.
After your order is processed, you will get an email confirming your purchased items are stored at our warehouse. You may select this option for several orders for combined delivery later.

HOW TO SCHEDULE DELIVERY
WHAT ABOUT COSTS?
When you are ready, simply email our GINZAT Warehouse Team and request for delivery of all items.
Our team will then pack all your stored items and provide you with the details of delivery costs. Next, we will provide you with a link to pay for delivery.  
You will get a tracking number once it is dispatched. 

1 BUSINESS DAY DISPATCH
You can expect your parcel to leave our warehouse within 1 business day from the time delivery costs has been paid.

COSTS - what to expect
There are no extra handling fees for combined shipping.
Shipping costs will be very reasonable and kept low.
We are able to ship up to 20L jumbo box at around A$20 (estimate only). However the exact costs will vary with the delivery postcode, size and weight of the items.

IMPORTANT T&Cs
- For orders to be combined for delivery, the orders must be from the same customer and same delivery address.
- For security reason, items can only be delivered to the address provided at the time of order. Our warehouse will not re-direct orders to another address.
